His extensive knowledge in sustainable business models, process improvements and management has benefitted many companies.

He currently lives with his family in Dallas , Texas USA.

Barsa role as chief mentor, is to provide strategic advice for new technology development and FAA Certification.

Barsa has 35 + years of extensive experience in the aerospace industry at Pratt & Whitney USA, where he held responsible positions, most recently as Program Manager for all Commercial aircraft engines for the aftermarket. He has led several teams in the development and certification of several P&W engines, including the P&W Geared Turbofan Engine. 

He was an FAA DER relating to gas turbines FAR Part 33. He is also familiar with European Aviation Safety Administration (EASA)

He has 25+ years of experience in R & D, Technology development, Manufacturing of Airborne Systems, Embedded Systems, PID controllers, Data Acquisition systems & Automatic Test Equipment for Aerospace & Defence Industries.

Suresh role as director, is to provide strategic direction for Sales & Marketing, Customer & Product Management, Communications and Brand building across the globe.

He has 20+ years of experience in sales & Marketing for various industries including Defense and Space.
